All turbos include a Billet alloy centre bearing housing & backing plate, which can be polished or anodised in a choice of colours.
The ball races use silicon nitride balls, which are far superior over their steel counterparts in their hardness, roundness and rolling resistance.
All turbos are built to order and not mass produced and are designed and assembled in Australia.
MR Turbo Australia (Billet Turbochargers) is a family owned and run business, foundered in 1995 by Mark and
Steve Kitchen. The Kitchen family have been involved in turbocharging and racing since the late 70's.
Billet Turbochargers was launched after Mark Kitchen's return from the USA working with the MR Turbo America
race team, Kawasaki factory race team and several other race teams developing the fastest turbocharged race bikes in the world.
MR Turbo Australia (Billet Turbochargers) still to this day supplies MR Turbo America with world record braking turbochargers. Since Marks return to Australia and the launch of MR Turbo Australia, Mark and the team have spent the last twelve years dedicated to supplying the Australian Turbo industry with first class services and quality products at realistic prices with the customer's best interest always at heart. Billet Turbochargers turbos use a new ground braking design of full complement angular contact silicon nitride ball bearings and a unique precision CNC machined hard anodized air craft grade billet aluminum centre cartridge and
backing plate. The Billet Turbochargers are physically lighter, spool faster and can handle higher thrust loads than have ever been achieved in any production turbocharger before.
