Inductive Ignition Modules
M&W have a range of inductive modules, including multi-channel units, available.
The unit shown below is just one of the many types. Download the catalogue or contact us for more information.
ECU TRIGGERED INDUCTIVE (TRANSISTOR) IGNITION MODULES

These igniters are designed to be triggered by an ignition or fuel ECU (computer) and provide intelligent ignition coil control without external intervention when fed with a fixed duty cycle trigger signal. By constantly monitoring the ignition coil output they can optimise the dwell time (coil on time) to suit changing sparkplug conditions. If, after a set duration, the igniter fails to receive a trigger signal it will shut off power to the ignition coil in such a manner as not to create an unwanted spark. As with all our inductive ignition systems these are manufactured using extended temperature rated (-40°C to +125°C) components and individually tested after manufacture for high reliability.
